The Bessborough Restaurant Fashion Show is a showcase for the very latest male and female couture at this year’s Royal Ascot.

The Imperial Events Village

The Imperial Events Village VIEW GALLERY The Imperial Events Village is a luxurious marquee located in the centre of the racecourse within the final furlong, just a short walk from your private viewing area only a few yards from the rails. This brand new facility offers a vibrant atmosphere in which to entertain your guests and enjoy live music from the strolling jazz band. After luncheon why not take a leisurely walk to the rails and see the arrival of the Royal Procession followed by some thrilling racing action. For those who prefer a more leisurely day, relax in the garden area with afternoon tea.

Important Information

Please enter the racecourse via the main turnstiles on Ascot High Street alternatively you can use the Course Road turnstiles on the right. Once inside the racecourse please make your way to the Imperial Events Courtyard located on the East Side of the racecourse, just a short walk through the Grandstand (exit from the right). Please give your company name at the reception desk and you will be escorted to your table for the day.

Dress code

Dress Code: Ladies are required to dress in a manner appropriate to a smart occasion. Many wear hats, although this is not obligatory. Gentlemen are required to wear a shirt and tie, preferably with a suit or jacket. Jeans, shorts, t-shirts and sports attire (including football and rugby shirts, sweatshirts and trainers) are not permitted.
